Should you be unable to embark on your journey due to travel bans or quarantine restrictions, we offer flexible alternatives, including a full refund.

Our Flexible Options:

1. COMPLIMENTARY DATE OR DESTINATION CHANGES

Select a new date or alter your destination without incurring any amendment fees. Simply provide us with your revised dates or preferred alternative destination, and we will handle the arrangements. Multiple changes are permissible.

2. CONVERT YOUR BOOKING TO TRANSFERABLE CREDIT

If you are unable to commit to a new date or wish to change your destination, we provide the option to convert your fee into transferable credit. This credit can even be transferred to a family member or friend, offering you the flexibility you need. Rest assured, this option comes with complete financial protection, ensuring our continued support for projects.

3. REFUND OPTIONS

If you prefer not to avail of credit, we offer refund options for your project fee. This can either be a combination of partial credit and partial cash refund, or a full cash refund.

Refunds will be processed within 21 days, with funds entering your account within 10 days after processing.

Please note that flight refunds are separate and subject to the terms and conditions of each individual airline at the time of booking.

These provisions apply to all new bookings made from 1st January 2021 until further notice.
