At Avella Sights, we understand that paying one large payment can be daunting. That’s why we’ve created a completely flexible payment plan – putting you in total control of how and when you pay.

Just pay a deposit of $100 to secure your project. Then, you can pay off your balance in as many instalments as you like – weekly, monthly, or however often as you want – it’s completely up to you. Easy!
As long as you pay off your full balance three months before departure, the timing of the payments is entirely up to you.

We normally recommend applying at least 3 months before you travel. However, our staff have been known to perform miracles with short notice, so if in doubt, please give us a call!
You can also talk to our staff if you are applying within three months of your departure date and want to arrange a flexible payment plan.
How to make your Payment
When you sign up for your project, you can pay your deposit by card or bank transfer.
Once your deposit is received, you will be given access to your MyAvellaSights Page. Here, you can check your invoice and make payments by card or bank transfer. You can also print off receipts through our secure online system.

What Payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in instalments with bank transfers or by card.
Can I pay everything up front?
Yes. You have full control over when to pay. If you want to pay everything in one go, you can do this. You can then focus on preparing for your adventure!
Is there a minimum amount I need to pay?
You pay a fixed deposit when you book your trip. Other payments can be any size. Just make sure the full balance is paid three months prior to your departure date.
Will Avella Sights take automatic payments from my account?
No. Some travel companies take payments automatically on set dates without making it clear that this will happen. With Avella Sights, you can be assured that we will never take payments automatically. You can set up automatic transfers from your bank account if you want to pay this way, but it will be your decision about when and how much.
Is there a fee to access the flexible payment plan?
No. Some travel companies charge fees if you don’t pay the total cost upfront when you apply. At Avella Sights, we want to make the payment process as easy as possible and do not charge fees if you choose to pay in instalments over time.
How do I keep track of my payments?
You can read your personal invoice on your MyAvellaSights Page. All the information you need is kept on this user friendly page. Every payment or donation you make is recorded here. It clearly shows the dates and amounts of payments received. It also shows how much balance is still remaining.
