1. Cancellations and Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by You:

1.1.1 Tours and Packages: If you need to cancel your tour or package booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The refund amount will depend on the cancellation notice period and the policies of the travel suppliers involved. In general, the following cancellation fees will apply:

– If canceled more than [30] days prior to the scheduled departure date, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
– If canceled within [30] days or less prior to the scheduled departure date or in case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

1.1.2 Customized or Tailor-Made Tours: For customized or tailor-made tours, cancellation fees and refund amounts will be communicated to you during the booking process and may vary depending on the specific arrangements made.

1.2 Changes or Cancellations by Us:

1.2.1 Changes: We strive to provide the services as described in the tour or package booking. However, in rare cases, we may need to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or the unavailability of suppliers. If such changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. If the proposed alternatives are not acceptable to you, we will offer a refund for the affected portion of the services.

1.2.2 Cancellations: In the event that we need to cancel a tour or package booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the amount paid for the affected services.

1.3 Refund Process:

1.3.1 Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our designated email address or through the communication channels specified in your booking confirmation.

1.3.2 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation or change policies of the suppliers involved, as well as any non-refundable deposits or fees applicable. We will make reasonable efforts to process the refund promptly, but the actual refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.

1.3.3 Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain costs, such as non-refundable deposits, fees, or third-party cancellation penalties, may be deducted from the refund amount. We will provide you with a breakdown of any deductions applied to the refund.

1.4 Non-Refundable Items:

1.4.1 Non-Refundable Services: Some services or products, such as non-refundable airline tickets, permits, or special event tickets, may be non-refundable or subject to specific refund conditions imposed by the suppliers or third-party providers. We will inform you of any such non-refundable items prior to your booking and clearly communicate any refund limitations associated with these items.
