What kind of internships are good for law school?

Our pre-law internships in Uganda and human rights internships for undergraduates are centered around experiential learning in a well-supported environment, so you don’t need previous experience to join the majority of our projects. You’ll work alongside professional lawyers, campaigners, and Avella Sights’ staff to do research, review cases, and deliver presentations. You can also work on social justice campaigns to raise awareness of and create change around challenging issues, like domestic violence, refugee and migrant rights, and unfair labor practices.

Most of our programs run throughout the year, so we can easily accommodate anyone looking for a summer legal internship in Uganda. We have placements that are ideal for undergraduates and law students alike during the long summer break, and graduates and professionals may prefer to join outside of the busy summer season.
